Rural Electrification

Ansar has trained managers from the village to run the daily operations. These managers are supervised by a Dhaka-based team of professionals. All of the Ansar managers work with village committees comprised of village leaders and elders. The Ansar manager and village committees meet regularly to address issues and concerns and are encouraged to work in a “problem prevention” mode rather than a “problem solving” mode only.
